Preserving a Sharia-Free America Act denies immigration benefits to those advocating Sharia law.
The Preserving a Sharia-Free America Act amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to deny immigration benefits, including visas, to any alien advocating for the imposition of Sharia law in a manner that violates the rights of another person under the Constitution or any federal or state law. Aliens already in the United States who advocate for Sharia law in such a manner will be considered deportable. The act also revokes immigration benefits, relief, or visas for any alien who provides a false statement regarding their advocacy of Sharia law.
