Outdoor Americans with Disabilities Act ensures public land accessibility for people with disabilities.

The Outdoor Americans with Disabilities Act aims to ensure that public land remains accessible for people with disabilities. It defines "disability-accessible land" as land with at least 2.5 miles of authorized road accessible to motorized vehicles or off-road vehicles. The Act mandates that roads on such land remain open unless there is a direct threat to health or safety. It also requires public hearings and notice for road closures and prohibits new road closures unless necessary.
