Safety Funding Parity Adjustment Act of 2025 adjusts highway safety funding.

The Safety Funding Parity Adjustment Act of 2025 establishes a process for the Secretary of Transportation to adjust highway safety funding. The Secretary must determine if there is an increase in funding for sections 402 and 405 of title 23, United States Code, over the prior fiscal year. If there is an increase in both sections, the Secretary must determine if the percentage increase in section 402 funding is at least four times the percentage increase in section 405 funding. If not, the Secretary must adjust the funding.
