Authorizes lawful permanent resident status for certain college graduates who entered the U.S. as children.
The America’s CHILDREN Act of 2025 amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to authorize lawful permanent resident status for certain college graduates who entered the United States as children. It allows eligible aliens to file a petition with the Secretary of Homeland Security for such classification. The bill also provides age-out protections and priority date retention for certain nonimmigrant dependent children. The provisions are effective as if included in the Child Status Protection Act.
