Charlie Kirk Act clarifies U.S. policy on domestic dissemination of U.S. Agency for Global Media material.

The Charlie Kirk Act amends the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1986 and 1987 and the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 to clarify U.S. policy on the domestic dissemination of program material about the United States prepared or disseminated by the United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM). The bill authorizes the USAGM CEO to disseminate information abroad about the United States, its people, and its policies, but prohibits the use of appropriated funds to influence public opinion within the United States.
