The Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation Land Exchange Act facilitates a land exchange in San Bernardino County, California, between the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation and the United States. The Nation will convey approximately 1,460 acres of non-federal land to the United States, and the Secretary of Agriculture will convey approximately 1,475 acres of federal land to the Nation. The exact acreage and legal descriptions of the lands will be determined by a survey. The Nation will bear the cost of the survey. The agreement will be recorded in the County of San Bernardino and the Forest Service.
