Provides a one-time grant for the National September 11 Memorial & Museum to support its operation, security, and maintenance.

The 9/11 Memorial and Museum Act provides a one-time grant for the operation, security, and maintenance of the National September 11 Memorial & Museum at the World Trade Center. The grant amount will be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The grant recipient must offer free admission to the museum for active and retired members of the Armed Forces, registered first responders to the September 11, 2001 attacks, and family members of victims.
