The SEIZE Act, or Seized Iranian Arms Transfer Authorization Act of 2025, allows the President to treat as U.S. stocks any weapons or materiel seized by the United States while in transit from the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Houthis in the Republic of Yemen. The President can also direct the drawdown of these seized items to be provided to foreign partners. The President must submit a report to Congress within 180 days of the Act's enactment and annually thereafter, detailing the number of times the authority was exercised and inventories of the seized items.
