The Summer Meals REACH Act of 2025 amends the summer food service program for children under the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act.

The Summer Meals REACH Act of 2025 amends the summer food service program for children under the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act. It allows meals to be non-congregate, makes all children eligible to participate, and allows for food service monitoring to be conducted onsite or offsite. The Secretary of Agriculture is directed to issue or revise regulations accordingly.
