College Transparency Act establishes a postsecondary student data system.

The College Transparency Act amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to establish a postsecondary student data system. The data will be used to provide feedback reports to institutions and states, and to make summary aggregate information publicly available through a consumer information website.
