Healthy H2O Act establishes a grant program to assist with the purchase, installation, and maintenance of drinking water quality improvement products.

The Healthy H2O Act amends the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act to establish a grant program called the Healthy Drinking Water Affordability Assistance Program. This program provides grants to eligible recipients to improve drinking water quality for eligible end users. Eligible end users include homeowners, renters, multi-unit residential building property owners, and licensed child-care facilities. The grants can be used for purchasing and installing drinking water quality improvement products, conducting water quality tests, and facilitating the analysis of test results.
