The Stop Anarchists From Endangering Cities Act requires the Attorney General to identify and publish a list of anarchist jurisdictions.

The Stop Anarchists From Endangering Cities Act, also known as the SAFE Cities Act, defines an "anarchist jurisdiction" as a state or local government that fails to take reasonable steps to stop acts of violence and property destruction. The Attorney General, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, must publish a list of these jurisdictions within 14 days of the act's enactment and update it every 180 days.
