Ensuring Workers Get PAID Act of 2025 establishes a Payroll Audit Independent Determination program.

The Ensuring Workers Get PAID Act of 2025 establishes a Payroll Audit Independent Determination program within the Department of Labor. Employers can apply to voluntarily remedy unpaid minimum wages or overtime compensation owed to employees. The Administrator reviews applications and approves them if certain conditions are met. Employers must pay affected employees the full amount of unpaid wages or overtime compensation. The bill also includes provisions on application requirements, review and approval, settlement, and additional requirements.
