The MACARTHUR Act seeks to embed the principles of "Duty, Honor, Country" in the ethos of the United States Military Academy.

The MACARTHUR Act expresses the sense of Congress that the principles of "Duty, Honor, Country" should be deeply embedded in the ethos of the United States Military Academy and instilled in each cadet. The bill requires the Secretary of the Army to amend the mission statement of the United States Military Academy to include the phrase "Duty, Honor, Country" within 30 days of the enactment of this Act.
