Improving Mental Health Access for Students Act

Adds suicide prevention resources to school identification cards or websites.

The bill amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require institutions that create and distribute student identification cards to include phone contact information for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, Crisis Text Line, and a campus mental health center. Institutions that do not distribute identification cards must publish this information on their websites. The changes will take effect one year after the bill's enactment.
