The Healthy Equipping And Lending Technical Help Panel Act, also known as the HEALTH Panel Act, establishes a Panel of Health Advisors within the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). This panel will provide technical and functional expertise and recommendations to the CBO to improve its studies, analysis, and cost estimates related to health and health care issues and policies. The panel will meet at least once annually and issue an annual report detailing its work and recommendations.
