The RTCP Revitalization Act amends the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 to establish mandatory funding from the Commodity Credit Corporation for reimbursement payments to geographically disadvantaged farmers and ranchers. The bill specifies that the Secretary of Agriculture may not impose a limitation on the amount of payments received by these farmers and ranchers if the available funds meet or exceed the amount that may be provided based on applications received.
