The Child Care Workforce and Facilities Act of 2025 provides grants to states and tribal entities to expand child care workforce and facilities. The act authorizes the Secretary of Health and Human Services to make grants for child care workforce and child care facility projects. The act also requires the Secretary to conduct an evaluation of the activities carried out under the grants and submit a report to Congress. The act authorizes an appropriation of $100,000,000 for fiscal years 2025 through 2031.
