The Therapeutic Fraud Prevention Act of 2025 prohibits any person from providing or advertising conversion therapy, which seeks to change an individual's sexual orientation or gender identity. The Federal Trade Commission can enforce this prohibition, and state attorneys general can bring civil actions for violations.
