Reinstates advance refunding bonds by repealing amendments made by section 13532 of Public Law 115–97.
The Lifting Our Communities through Advance Liquidity for Infrastructure Act, also known as the LOCAL Infrastructure Act, amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the amendments made by section 13532 of Public Law 115–97. This effectively restores the provisions of law that were altered by that section, as if the section had never been enacted. The changes will take effect on the date of enactment of this Act.
