The Health Accelerating Consumer’s Care by Expediting Self-Scheduling Act, or Health ACCESS Act, amends the Social Security Act to modify the criteria for remuneration between information service providers and health care providers. It prohibits certain practices by information service providers, such as steering consumers based on payment amounts, providing medical services, or engaging in targeted marketing without consent.
