Establishes the Ocmulgee Mounds National Park and Preserve in Georgia, including land acquisition and management provisions.

The Ocmulgee Mounds National Park and Preserve Establishment Act redesignates the Ocmulgee Mounds National Historical Park as the Ocmulgee Mounds National Park and establishes the Ocmulgee Mounds National Preserve in Georgia. The Secretary of the Interior is authorized to acquire land for the preserve through purchase, donation, or exchange, but not eminent domain. The preserve and park will be administered as a single unit of the National Park System. The Act establishes an Advisory Council to advise on management and cultural interpretation activities.
