The North Dakota Trust Lands Completion Act of 2025 authorizes the relinquishment and selection of land and minerals in North Dakota, and the restoration of land and minerals to Indian Tribes within the state. The act allows the state to relinquish certain land grants and select unappropriated federal land of substantially equivalent value. The Secretary of the Interior must approve the state's selection within 180 days. The act also requires the state to relinquish and convey to the Secretary all right, title, and interest in the selected land grant parcel.
