Directs the House to consider a resolution permitting parental remote voting by proxy.

This bill directs the House to immediately consider a resolution (H. Res. 23) that would permit parental remote voting by proxy. The bill specifies that the resolution will be considered as read and that the previous question will be ordered on the resolution to adoption without intervening motion or demand for division of the question except for one hour of debate equally divided. The bill also states that Clause 1(c) of rule XIX shall not apply to the consideration of H. Res. 23.
