Prohibits Members, Delegates, or Resident Commissioners from cohabitating with House employees.
Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives, this bill prohibits a Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner from cohabitating with any employee of the House of Representatives. The prohibition does not apply to relationships between two people who are married to each other. The bill amends Rule XXIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives by redesignating clause 22 as clause 23 and inserting a new clause 22 with the cohabitation restriction.
