The LEARN AI Act encourages the Department of Labor to promote the adoption of artificial intelligence in registered apprenticeship programs. It allows the Secretary of Labor to encourage AI instruction, develop best practices, provide technical assistance, and support efforts to prepare workers for AI-related changes. This act does not require any apprenticeship program to adopt AI-related instruction or alter existing standards.
