The Stop Support for United Nations Relief and Works Agency Act of 2026 prohibits the United States from making any voluntary or assessed contributions to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA). The bill allows for the provision of humanitarian assistance to individuals or entities that receive assistance from the UNRWA through agencies or entities other than the UNRWA, provided the Secretary of State certifies that such agencies or entities do not promote, espouse, or affiliate with entities or individuals that promote violence, terrorism.
