The No Racketeers on our Shores Act amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to establish grounds for inadmissibility and deportability of aliens who, while serving as government officials of foreign governments, engage in economic discrimination against U.S. persons. This includes initiating, directing, conducting, engaging in, or issuing investigations, enforcement actions, licensing determinations, fines, fees, tax assessments, or other legal, regulatory, or administrative burdens that are more severe, more frequent, or less procedurally favorable than those imposed on similarly situated.
