No 9/11 Family Left Behind Act of 2026 amends the Justice for United States Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Act to authorize additional payments to eligible claimants. Eligible claimants are those who have not received payment under a previous subparagraph and meet specific criteria. The Special Master must notify eligible claimants within 90 days of the enactment of this Act about their eligibility and the process to claim the additional payment. The additional payment amount is equal to 5.8573 percent of any judgment described in subsection (c)(2)(A).
