Authorizes the Secretary of Education to extend paperwork reduction waivers under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

This bill amends the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act to allow the Secretary of Education to extend paperwork reduction waivers granted to states. The Secretary can grant extensions of up to four years, and more than one extension can be granted to a state. The waiver period, originally set at four years, can now be extended by the Secretary.
