The Boxing Therapy for Parkinson’s Access Act requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide boxing-based exercise classes to veterans diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease or similar movement disorders. These classes can be provided at a Department of Veterans Affairs medical facility or reimbursed if taken at a non-Department facility. The Act applies to medical services furnished 180 days after its enactment.
