The Promoting Access to Recreation for Kids in Foster Settings Act, or PARKS Act, amends the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to provide free annual passes to licensed foster families. These passes cover applicable entrance fees and standard amenity fees for family visits to national parks and other federal lands. The act allows for multiple passes if a single pass cannot cover all family members visiting together.
