The Guarding the U.S. against Adversarial Robotics Dominance Act of 2026 mandates that humanoid and quadruped robotics communications equipment or services be placed on the Federal Communications Commission's covered list. An appropriate national security agency must determine if these items pose an unacceptable risk to U.S. national security or the safety of U.S. persons. If such a risk is identified, the equipment or services must be added to the covered list. If no determination is made within a year, all such items are automatically added.
