Capitol Police Retirement Reform Act of 2026 modifies retirement annuity calculations for Capitol Police members.

The Capitol Police Retirement Reform Act of 2026 amends title 5, United States Code, to include certain overtime pay in the computation of annuities for members of the Capitol Police. Specifically, overtime pay received on or after the enactment of this Act will be treated as basic pay for annuity calculations, but only if the member has completed at least 15 years of service. The United States Capitol Police must provide annual information to the Office of Personnel Management to facilitate this change.
