The Early Childhood Workforce Advancement Act of 2026 authorizes the Secretary of Education to award competitive grants to eligible partnerships. These partnerships must include an eligible recipient and one or more institutions of higher education, eligible child care providers, or community stakeholders. Grant funds must be used to establish, support, or expand career and technical education programs of study in early childhood education.
