The CARE for RPA Crews Act mandates the establishment of a combat status identifier for remotely piloted aircraft crews who engage in combat operations. This identifier will be of equivalent merit to existing combat status identifiers. The Secretaries of the military departments must implement this requirement within 180 days of the Act's enactment.
