H.R.8934

Establishes a combat status identifier for remotely piloted aircraft crew conducting combat operations.

The CARE for RPA Crews Act aims to recognize the combat status of remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) crew who engage in combat operations. It mandates the Secretaries of the military departments to create a status identifier equivalent to a combat status identifier within 180 days of the Act's enactment. This measure ensures that RPA crew members receive appropriate recognition for their combat roles.
