Expands the scope of documents the Secretary of State must transmit to Congress, including oral agreements on foreign nationals' removal.

This bill amends title 1, United States Code, to expand the scope of documents the Secretary of State is required to transmit to Congress. Specifically, it includes agreements, whether written or oral, under which a foreign country accepts foreign nationals subject to final orders of removal from the United States. Oral agreements must be reduced to writing for compliance purposes. Additionally, it mandates that the Comptroller General submit post-audit reports within 30 days of concluding an audit required by the Case-Zablocki Act.
