Nullifies Endangered Species Committee decision on Gulf of America oil and gas activities.

The bill nullifies the decision and order of the Endangered Species Committee regarding certain oil and gas activities in the Gulf of America. It prohibits the Committee from issuing any exemptions for these activities from the Endangered Species Act for three years. The bill also ensures that the Endangered Species Act requirements in effect on March 30, 2026, continue to apply to these activities. Federal funds cannot be used to implement, administer, or enforce the nullified decision.
