Expresses the Sense of Congress on the safety of medication abortion and federal preemption of state restrictions on dispensing medication abortion.

The bill expresses the Sense of Congress that medication abortion is an extremely safe medical treatment, approved by the FDA based on scientific evidence. It also states that federal approval preempts any state law requiring medication abortion to be dispensed by a health care practitioner in person.
