Increases the earned income tax credit for parents of young children.

The Working Parents Tax Relief Act of 2026 amends the Internal Revenue Code to increase the earned income tax credit for parents of young children. The credit percentage increases for eligible individuals with one or more qualifying children, especially for the youngest three children under age four. The bill also allows taxpayers to receive their refunds in equal monthly increments. The changes apply to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.
