The group includes the Secretary of Energy, the Secretary of the Interior, each member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the Secretary of Agriculture. The group must submit a report to Congress within 360 days of the act's enactment, detailing any categorical exclusions adopted, reasons for not adopting exclusions, and recommendations for future collaboration and statutory exclusions.
