Introduced·3/12/26

Stop Fraud by SOMALIA Act aims to prevent fraud in child care programs by debarring fraudulent providers from federal assistance and expediting their.

The Stop Fraud by SOMALIA Act amends the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 to debar child care providers who commit fraud from receiving certain financial assistance. It also amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to make such providers inadmissible, ineligible for asylum, and subject to expedited removal.
