This bill authorizes the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to prioritize certain housing grants for applicants in or serving low-income communities. The grants in question are those relating to the construction, modification, rehabilitation, or preservation of housing. The Secretary may give additional weight to applicants with projects in qualified opportunity zones.
