Protecting Our Integrity and Nation from Tyranny Act aims to prevent election interference by the President and federal officials.

The Protecting Our Integrity and Nation from Tyranny Act, also known as the POINT Act, prohibits the President and certain federal officials from interfering in state elections. It also restricts the President from deploying the Armed Forces or using federal law enforcement authority in a state to disrupt, postpone, delay, prevent, or influence an election.
