The Southeast Asian Deportation Relief Act of 2026 halts the removal of Cambodian, Laotian, and Vietnamese nationals who entered the United States before January 1, 2008, and have continuously resided in the United States since then. The Act also authorizes employment for these nationals and provides transportation for those eligible for reopening or reconsideration of their proceedings. It terminates any removal proceedings reopened under this Act with prejudice and vacates any order of removal entered before the date of enactment.
