The Act terminates any reopened removal proceedings with prejudice and vacates any prior removal orders. It also provides transportation and travel documents for eligible aliens to return to the U.S. for further immigration proceedings. The Secretary of Homeland Security must notify affected aliens of the Act's provisions.
