The Rural Health Care Facilities Revitalization Act amends the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act to allow rural health care facilities to use federal agricultural credit assistance for refinancing debt obligations, updating telehealth, equipment, or online databases, and supporting ancillary needs such as operating expenses and reserve funds. The bill defines a rural area as one with a population of 50,000 or fewer inhabitants that is not adjacent to a city with a population of more than 50,000 inhabitants.
