The NO ICE ADs Act prohibits the Department of Homeland Security from using funds to produce, purchase, distribute, or broadcast television advertisements that promote U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), recruit personnel for ICE, or enhance ICE's public perception, branding, or image. This restriction applies to any ICE program or office.
