Enhances transparency of the Nonprofit Security Grant Program by requiring detailed pre-grant and annual reports.

The Nonprofit Security Grant Program Transparency Act amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to improve transparency of the Nonprofit Security Grant Program. It mandates that the Administrator submit detailed reports to Congress before and after each fiscal year. Pre-grant reports must include the name, address, location in high-risk urban areas, and grant amount for each organization receiving a grant. Annual reports must detail the number of applications, grants made, and expenditures by recipients, disaggregated by state and high-risk urban area.
