This bill amends title 38, United States Code, to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to submit quarterly reports to Congress on housing loans insured, guaranteed, or made under laws administered by the Secretary. These reports must include the number of loans insured, guaranteed, or made, the number of applications denied, the number of loans refinanced, the number of veterans with late mortgage payments, and the number of full-time employees of the VA Home Loan Guaranty Service.
