The bill repeals certain disclosure requirements related to conflict minerals under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. It removes the conflict minerals section from the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and makes conforming amendments to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act by striking the conflict minerals section.
